A low carb sweetener can always be advertised as natural, as it has been derived from a natural product, but this does not mean that the sweetener is healthy. Low carb sweetners are often advertised as this, but they have been found to offer hidden dangers as well as lower carbohydrates. Lower carbohydrates can have an effect on your health. Proper research on any diet plan can help you avoid the consequences of unhealthy eating because of lower carbs. Just be aware of your consumption, and good research is always the best idea, as is a balanced diet.
