An additional item to be added to the expanding list of baked goods is the Empanadas de Mejido, which is also aimed at the Latin American market. The company has launched these foods so that people following a low carb diet can eat without any worry. These products will no doubt be popular with consumers who just require a healthy and tasty protein snack that contains minimal carbohydrates.
