Low Carb Cookbooks – Contain Delicious Recipes

As far as low carb cookbooks go, not many are available on the market. However, one cookbook has been released which has two hundred and twenty one pages of delicious recipes that can help you stick to a low carbohydrate diet.

The latest low carb cookbook is by the author and chef Linda Gassenheimer, and she has packed into the book lots and lots of balanced meals that are aimed at sensible dieters that want to cook up an easy, low carb meal.

The cookbook is available at the recommended price of $18.95, not bad when you think of how many delicious meals you can make following her easy meal creations.

There is a foreword from Dr. Cheryl R. Hart who is the popular author of the cookbook titled "The Insulin Resistance Diet." She insists that you cannot cut carbs from your diet, as it is not good for you. She states that the key to losing weight is knowing which kind of carbohydrates to avoid.

Gassenheimer's cookbook is appropriately titled "More Low-Carb Meals in Minutes: A Three-Stage Plan for Keeping It Off" and has been produced by Bay Books. It offers a really good approach to the low carbohydrate diet, and the book could be used in everyday meals or for entertaining.

The book is her second cookbook aimed at a healthy balanced diet, and follows the advice of a cardiologist who advised her husband to control carbs in his diet to help him lose weight. The low carbohydrate cookbook leads you through a three stage diet that is aimed at giving the best advice to introduce the dieter to the plan, and maintaining the weight loss for life by providing nutritional information and a guide to the right carbohydrates to eat.
